Remote Personal Training
With remote personal training (also called online training), you get a customized ongoing exercise program that you can workout with any time and any place you like. Your monthly online training membership includes regular check-in calls or meeting each week, and you can add additional in-person sessions at an a la cart rate whenever you want.
Online coaching membership includes:
24/7 access to coaching and workout information on-the-go from your phone, tablet, or computer
Individualized workout plan and one-on-one guidance through movements and progressions of cardio, weightlifting, and mobility
Accountability, motivation, and coaching for better nutrition to help you meet your goals
Your own account with a mobile app and desktop app where you can track your progress so MJ can make specific recommendations to fit your unique needs
