At this presentation for the Atlanta Rotaract Club (open to Rotaract members and non-members alike), we'll show you how to strengthen your core, correct your shoulder and back posture, and get your booty moving to undo all the damage that sitting at a desk too long can do.
After you participate in this workshop, you'll be armed with no-sweat muscle activation techniques, breathing exercises, and mindfulness skills that will help you move and lead better, both in and outside of work.
